Carnival Row s2 group painting 2019

2019 Carnival Row s2 | Group painting of various creatures in the world, created slowly when there was a more quiet period / waiting on feedback etc. Kind of a love letter to our crew! This is a mix of painting over custom 3D sculpts I did in ZBrush (based on the prosthetics from our MuFX department)
Looking at this now, there are so many things i'd do differently BUT such is the nature of artwork type things I guess! It was fun to execute such a large scale scene with lots of things going on in it - challenging trying to get a balance between film poster style showing all the things vs how depth actually works etc
